Hello All...

i'm frustrated beyond belif on this one. my company sold a customer a
Windows XP SP1 computer about a year and a half ago. Windows XP was
activated at that time.

the computer became so virus ridden that i decided to reformat it.
typically, i dont have a problem in this case re-activating once you get to a
live person. THIS TIME however, the COA numbers have been reported as
"Stolen" when we know that is NOT the case. i have checked with our vendor,
and they have 'no idea' why this is happening.

meanwhile, i have an extremely dissatisfied customer who has only 29 days
left with their current XP installation before it locks them out.

i got transferred no less than five times last night throughout India, and
finally sent back to the activation cue (which is NO help).

any idea where i should seek help here? like i mentioned, we are the
manufacturer of the computer, we are OEM Resellers. we purchase our XP from
major resellers.....and this copy of XP is absolutely, positively only
installed on one hard drive......

argh! thanks for your help.
