I think it's spyware.
Reboot to Safe Mode (press F8 before Windows screen when
booting/rebooting). Run a full system scan.

- Download CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com , remove all temporarily junk.
- Download Lavasofts Adaware

Done, maybe its needed to restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot.
Scan again with MSAS and Adaware, always choose "Full Scan"

It's junk. Boot from Safe Mode (F8 at startup) and do a full scan of your
