WinTV PVR 350, wont work with bios setting to AHCI

WinTV PVR 350, won't work with bios setting to AHCI.

Works with bios setting to IDE.

Device Manager shows Memory Range error when in AHCI mode.

Any work arounds?

I installed intel Matrix Manager. Vista now works
