Reboot into safe mode (Reboot and keep tapping F8 then
choose safe mode from the list)
Goto Add/Remove screen (Start Menu> Control Panel>
Add/Remove Programs)
Remove Websearch, Search Toolbar, WebSearch Toolbar,
WinTools, WinTools Easy Installer if found
Run MSAS on a full system scan and remove anything found
Clear Temp Files
Goto Start, Run and type
cleanmgr
place checks next to temporary files and recycle bin then
press ok
That should then be fully removed, If you have problems
repeat the above steps but use Ewido Security Suite
Download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here

Install ewido.
During the installation, under "Additional Options"
uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via
context menu".
Launch ewido
On the left side of the main screen click update
Click on Start and let it update.
run a scan in safe mode by clicking Scanner then Complete
system scan.
