I am running Win 2K and have discovered that I have that annoying WinTools
program running.

I have found sites that instructed me on how to remove this bugger.

But I can't boot up into safe mode.

After I choose either Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking... it freezes
at MUP? and the eventually restarts the machine...

Anyone know how to fix that ?

Have you tried Lavasoft Ad-Aware or PepiMK Spybot Search and Destroy?

Yup

I guess my big problem is booting into Safe Mode
