WinSoftware.WinAntiSpyware False Positive?

I've seen several posts elsewhere for a false positive on this item related
to other applications. I experienced it today (2006-11-24) against YPOPS (a
Yahhoo! e-mail access utility for POP3 clients). Do I correctly assume that
this is a flase positive, also?
 
This appears to be a false positive. Engel has just posted a new definition
update--confirmation that this is corrected would be appreciated.
