Winsock

I have an icon on my desktop called winsockxpfix.exe and i cannot delete it.
I kepp getting the message this program is in use and cannot be deleted.. Any
help would be greatly appreciated...Thankyou

Try to delete it in Safe Mode, to access safe Mode on Start Up Tap the F8
until you get the boot Up options select safe mode and perform the deletion
there.
