WINS

Good Morning,

I Installed WINS on my win2000 ADV server, and to test it i configured one
station to use it. the WINS replicate with a partner across the Frame in our
head office. i searched for computers on their network and it seems that it
is replicating well. the next morning, when i opened the workstation, i get
the message "a duplicate name was found on the network" i logged on anyways
everything seems normal (internet, e-mail, i can even access other computer
by typing \\computername) but i cannot browse the network.

any ideay why and how to solve this problem?

Does your machine have two NICs? Delete your computer name from wins and
reboot your machine and see what happens?
