Are there any issues with putting your WINS server on a 2000 server in an NT4 controlled network? I haven't been able to find a reference one way or another. Thanks.

Don't you have WINS installed on that NT4-server?

Hi,

So you have a NT domain and want to make a WIndows 2000 Server the Wins
server? This won't be a problem, just make the Windows 2000 Server a member
server in hte NT domain and it can run Wins and if you have other Wins
servers it can be a replication partner.

Thanks,
