Geez ya fix one problem and another pops up.
It seems that if one uses Winrar under XP (Pro), (98 does not have this
problem btw), the directory will become locked by another user or
program until the system is restarted. You can delete the files in the
directory, but not the directory (folder) itself.
I have contacted Winrar, but I haven't received a response from them
yet.
Any ideas on this one?
