having allot of problems with integrating Outlook 2003 with Business Contact
Manager and Symantec Win2k Pro 10.0.3 (the latest). the problem is that
datastores that I have setup in Outlook 2003 are not showing up in the
WinFaxPro message manager, the contacts in the personal folder area do show
up, any clues why I cant get the BCM datastore to show up, Win2kPro OS,

lastly when I click on a contact in BCM and click the WinFax Icon I have to
cut and paste the fax number and contact information into the WinFax window,
seems like this should happen automatically, kind of a pain, thanks for ur
time

BCM uses an MSDE database not a standard contacts folder so most
WinFax integration wouldn't work properly with it unless Symantec
wrote a patch to work with that datastore.

In most cases Outlook integration with Outlook 2003 and WinFax Pro
should be avoided as it can cause all sorts of other problems,
starting with keeping Outlook memory resident after it is closed.
