While I have not used it to install that many systems, I have used it and
the setup and use is quite simple and straightforward. In reality, it is
not all that timely to install using Win PE on that many systems, unless
they are of many different hardware configurations where distributing via an
image is not feasible.
Are these being built as an OEM system builder or an end user? If an end
user AND all the systems are configured the same, it is probably much easier
to purchase a volume license so as to avoid having to activate all the
systems individually. Set one system up with all drivers, apps, tweaks,
configurations etc., run sysprep on it, then image the drive using Ghost,
Drive Image, or your personal preference for this type of software, and
distribute via the image.
If an OEM, you can do almost the same except you would set the image up
using Win PE, install drivers, tweaks etc. and reseal the box, making the
image of the drive before you boot the system back up, then distribute that
image, which will require the end user to provide the CD key and activate
the product properly. Of course if the end user has purchased a volume
license, then you would adjust this procedure as necessary.
