Winnt4 and Win2k Domain

I have winnt4 domain, and I installed win2k DC test.org on the new server.
I am unable to create trust relationship from winnt4 to win2k, it gives a
message, Domain Controller is not avialable. I am able to ping it from that
winnt4 machine, I am able to add other network machines to new win2k DC.
Any suggestions?

As I suggested to Katrina ( look at the 1:01PM post )
please try NETDOM to create the trusts. Naturally, you
need to have the "legwork" done...
