To All,
We have a Win2k AD Domain with 90+ PCs running Win2k. We have 5 PCs
running WinNT 4. We had a power outage last week in which power was out for
about 3 hours. All servers shutdown properly, but the majority of the
workstations do not have UPS'es. When the network was powered back up, the
Win2k PCs connect fine, but the WinNT 4 PCs cannot login to the network. I
get the following error message:
System cannot log you on to this domain because the system's computer
account in its primary domain is missing or the password on that account is
incorrect.
I also get Event ID 3210 in the event log whenever trying to login to
the network from the problem PCs.
I have tried removing them from the domain, deleting the computer
account from AD and adding back to to the domain, but I still have the same
results.
I have searched thru the KB but cannot find anything else to try. Has
anyone else run across this problem? Thanks for any help you can give!!!
