winnet problems

every few minutes theres a pop up on my computer that states
"winnet has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
What is winnet and how do I fix this problem so I can stop those annoying pop up notice
telling me it has to close.

Winnet is not a Windows file - it is likely a virus or spyware.

Run a virus scanner:
