WinMgmt.exe generating errors

cant get rid of WinMgmt.exe on my lap top.help it
keeps saying it generated errors and will be closed by
windows

Try running the system file checker from the command line:

SFC /Scannow

This detects corrupt system files and replaces them.
Have your install CD ready if it finds any.
