WINMGMS.EXE - what is it?

Hello, All readers:

I have found an executable named WINMGMS.EXE on several
machines. When I try to end the process via Task Mgr., I
get access denied. Searching for the EXE has had mixed
results. When I find it and examine its properties, I
don't find a Version tab in the Window. My suspicion is
that WINMGMS. EXE is not legit MS software.

We have been finding RaidenFTPD on some of the afflicte
machines. Any correlation?

I am a support technician at Germanna Community College in
