winmail.exe problem

I use Vista Ultimate (Norwegian edition) and recieve message when I tried to
open winmail:
Cannot start Windows Mail. Cannot open....Existing messages will be
available under "Orphant accounts"???, couldnt find a better translatation.
0x00000000).
When I press OK, I get the option of locating the map where windows mail
database is.

Filestructure is on disk is damaged and destroyed.

Couldnt start windows Mail because MSOE.DLL couldnt initialize.

Have run CHKDSK as it told me. However after a while it stopped, due to
harddisk is too small (when it run MFT) or something similar. Just dont quit
remember the message. It deleted a bunch of files...
 
Try moving all the files in the message store directory (search for
windowsmail.msmessagestore) to another directory. Then see if it will
start.
