Went i am on chatt i do not receive there winks for some reason. So, i was
waundering if there a way that you guy can help me out with this problem.
 
Hello,

In the chat pane, go to the Tools Menu and ensure "Show Emoticons" has a
tick beside it. If not, select it to enable showing of emoticons.
