I need to acheive the following:

1)I need to lock users after 10minutes of inactivity
2)I then need to log them off after a further 60minutes of inactivity.

I am using a normal screensaver to do the first part, but was thinking of
using winexit.scr for the second part. I want to schedule winexit.scr to run
when the computer has been idle for 60minutes.

When I test the scheduled task I get presented with the winexit.scr
configure dialog box instead of the actual screensaver.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thank you for your help, but I dont want to use winexit.scr as the actual
screensaver, I'd like to use a normal screensaver that blanks the screen and
needs a password due to sensitive material on the computer. Then using a
scheduled task when the computer has been idle for 60minutes to activate
winexit.scr.

But when the scheduled task kicks off - I get the configure the winexit.scr
box instead of the actual screensaver.

Yeah - doesn't work that way.

Any screensaver can lock the screen when it is activated - that is not a
setting of the screensaver itself. The winexit screensaver is just more of
a secondary timer - counting down once activated to log people off.

So use the winexit screensaver to lock (it will react like any other
screensaver) and countdown for 60 minutes. Someone can come unlock it with
their userrname/password and avoid the logoff or it counts down for 60
minutes with a locked screen and forces a logoff and loss of all data the
person left unsaved.
