Can anyone help? IBM, Microsoft, Lexmark and Brother
can't ------ or won't!

We have two new IBM PC's with Windows XP, and when
printing from an "on-line" facility, both of our printers
cut about 3/4" off the far right side of the page! When
printing from the on board word processors, the printed
pages are fine! So far, all companies involved, refuse
to tackle the problem (SBC (our DSL0, Yahoo (our
browser), IBM, Microsoft, Lexmark, and Brother). Lexmark
literature states that it probably is the operating
system over riding the printer settings!
