have not gotten a response from earlier quistions,since im new to this please

I saw another post you made in a different newsgroup called "earlier
post" but there was no message body. I don't know what your earlier
questions were. Try posting again - staying in *this* thread - with a
full description of your computer and the problems. Here is a guide that
