I just upgraded to xph on my other machine. I have
wireless net peer. I had no prob seeing and sharing
files between xph on one machine and 98 on the other.
When I upgraded the 2nd machine I could not see. I
installed Netbios and IPX protocols and set netbios to
run on tcp/ip. Then they could see each other...until I
rebooted. They lost contact. I deactivated netbios and
then reactivated and boom they came back. I need a
better work around than this. Can someone explain this
to me?

Don't know if I can explain what happened there (did you change NetBIOS to
disabled and then enabled it ?)
First of all, I'd suggest removing the unneccessary protocls and services.
For example, if you don't have any Netware servers that you are connecting
to, you can safely remove IPX/SPX.
Secondly, make sure NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled on both machines (TCP/IP
properties, Advanced, WINS tab).
