when I try to start up my computer, everything starts
normally, but then a message appears and tells me that
windows can't start up because there's a problem with
it,it says that it had problems shouting down the computer
the last time I turned it off, but I don't know what
happenned, and I can't do anything,I can't get into the
windows system, please, tell me what to do.

Try pressing F8 about once per second as the computer starts. This
should result in an Options page. Select the one that reads " Last Known
Good Configuration" or words to that effect. If this does not load
restart (same technique) chose Safe Mode. This may seem to freeze, wait
at least 5 mins. More information on the message could help.
Here is an article to Troubleshoot Startup problems, second is for Shut
down issues.
