Windows you can't maximize

I have encountered many times when clicking a link that
brings up another window, you cannot see everything in
that window and cannot click things within that window
such as submit buttons or cancel buttons. These windows
generally do not allow you to maximize... only minimize
or close. I figured it was a display properties problem
and have done everything I know to correct it. I've gone
into system, my video card options, display options, and
nothing corrects the problem. Help!

Hi there,

I'm guessing that you're talking about when you're
surfing on the net. I've just started to play with HTML,
and I think that your problem lies, not in windows, but
in the webpage itself. There is a command that you can
type into an HTML code that will restrict the user from
resizing the window.

As for not being able to click on submit/cancel buttons,
either it's a problem with the webpage itself or you
maybe you have a very retentive security program or pop-
up blocker. Some kind of program that is meant to either
block inapropriate content (like that included in Norton
Internet Security 2004) or block pop-up windows. That's
my guess. I don't know though, could be wrong.

Hope this helps,

Nick

When I incounter this problem I open another browser
window in the expanded view and then go to the little E
in the upper left hand corner window that would not
expand, and drag the E to the new window that was
expanded.

There are probably other method, but this seem to work
fine.

Good luck
