Recently I had an error with AOL, since then Windows will not load completely, meaning there are no icons on the desktop, usage is at 100% even after I manage to get it shutdown, system is also very slow to bring up task manager. What can I do to retore at a previous point to try and fix the problem?

You opened HELP & SUPPORT and clicked on "undo changes with system
restore"? Try that first.
