Reboot the system and after the BIOS loads, hit the F8 key until the Windows
boot menu appears. Select the option to start up with the settings that
last worked and continue. If that doesn't work then reboot again, after the
BIOS loads, hit the F8 key until the Windows boot menu appears and select
Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode remove the device then exit and reboot
normally. Then seek assistance from the printer manufacturer.
