How to customize All Programs into folders. Right now
can't see all programs.

Right Click the All Programs button and select Explore from the menu. This
will open a window with the Start menu highlighted. Click the Programs
folder right below the Start menu to expand it.

Right click an empty space in the right side window and select New/Folder
from the menu. Name the new folder whatever you wish to use. If you want to
use this folder for all of your utilities, name it utilities. The new folder
will appear below the Programs menu on the left folder tree.

You can drag all of the shortcuts or folders on the Programs menu that you
want to place into this folder and drop them on the new folder.

Do this once, then click Start/All Programs to see the effect. Repeat as
necessary.
