I recently reinstalled windows xp home edition and now my works suite package
(disk 1) I got with computer has a few scratches on it so i cant reinstall
any of them. is there anyway to obtain a replacement of disk 1? I have all
my product key numbers, receipts from dell.etc?

whenever my system shuts down or even goes to screen saver i have to reset my
display because it goes to default settings....am i doing something wrong,i
make sure i push "apply" then "o.k." but it still goes back to the default
settings

That is why Dell keeps records and has an 800 number. It is
up to Dell what they may charge for a replacement.
