If not then before you wipe your PC, download and run a key finder. http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder.shtml Also it would help if you know if it's an OEM or Upgrade/Full Product version of Windows installed on your PC. This will at least give you a start if you need to call Microsoft or the OEM. Jim
