Please forgive me if I am using an incorrect protocol. I
am in a large, networked office. We probably have about
150 networked work stations. We recently converted to
Windows XP from Windows NT. Since converting, when I (and
others) use right hand justified margins in Word 2002, we
frequently find that when the job is printed, within a
single line, the spacing of letters within words may be
irregular to the point that it is sometimes difficult to
read the words. I have word-of-mouth advice that there
are some printer driver "issues" with Windows XP.
However, I am seeking more precise information on this
phenomenon as it is becoming a point of controversy in our
office. Thank you.
