When I turn off my computer and/or restart, it never gets past the boot
stage. I get a fail message : "PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, check cable" .
Then : PXE-M0F Exiting Intel Boot Agent". I'm able to start up my computer
sometimes by placing the XP operating system disk and booting from there.
What can I do to fix the problem??

First, find an appropriate group for your issue. This is a .NET programming
group.

As you appear to be using a web interface...

To find the group you need ...

http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...spx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA

Select your language from the Tree View on the left, then scroll down to
Windows. In the Windows category, open Windows XP. There,
select an appropriate group.

The first step will be to find a newsgroup that pertains to your question.

This newsgroup is for questions regarding writing software using the .NET
Framework. It's not a general-purpose "how do I fix my computer?"
newsgroup.
