Windows Xp Won't let me put in m password

After i log out of a unpassword user, I can't log into a password user. All i
get is a white box and no text line.

From MVP Ramesh:

Start>Run>regsvr32 shgina.dll [enter]

Log off and see if you can now enter your password.
