Windows XP with vista theme

I can not put password for windows xp with vista theme (Windows SP#3). If put password for Administrator and users it is starting with a message that is like - your domain or password not correct. Although I can access to users but it is not showing administrator.

How to use password for admin. and users. without getting this error?
