I just set up my network cable between my two machines...
i have a direct link (no hub's or switches) so its set up
as a crossover. My problem is this: On my XP Machine, i
can select to share files without problem. When I go to
My network places on the ME machine, i can see my XP
shared files... and can open and view them without
problem. However, when i open the My Network Places
folder on my XP machine, the system seems to freeze up and
hang, then it will display the two systems names (after
selecting view workgroup computers). When I try to open
up the ME Machines's folders, it will not make any
connections.... has anybody else expecience a similar
problem? Please let me know.

Thank you in advance to anybody who can provide me with
some advice.
