Windows XP v/s Windows 2000 Prof

Hi ...could somebody tell me the pros and cons of Windows
XP? I am currently using Windows 2000 professional and
would like to know if its really worth upgrading it.

Without delving into the pros and cons, I can say that I
have W2K Pro at work and XP at home. In my humble
opinion, W2K is faster, has a more familiar interface, and
is simply easier to use. Stay w/ W2K, and wait for W4K.
