Am hoping that someone can help me fix the problem I'm having with Windows
XP. There are 2 users on our computer - both password protected. For many
programs that are installed on our computer, I want both users to be able to
access them (windows, excel, outlook, etc.). But there are a few programs
that I want to install and use exclusively in my user account. How can I
differentiate when installing the software? Any ideas?
Thank you!

Most GOOD installers have the option to install just for you or for anyone
who uses the computer. For those who don't you can take ownership of the
folder in the Program files (any admin will also be able to take ownership
of it as well) and simply head to the other user's Start menu > programs
directory and delete the links to the file in there.
