Windows XP toolbar customization??

Is there anyway to change to colors of the XP style
toolbars besides the basic blue, silver and green. I
don't like any of the colors, but I do like the style. Is
there some way to edit the colors? Or to download new
ones?

Hi,

These are called themes and the 3 themes are provided by Windows XP. To get
more themes you will have to download third party tools like
www.windowsblind.com and then there are good tweaks to customize them.
