Windows XP tool bar

Can anyone tell me how to move my toolbar back to the bottom of my desktop
It is now showing horz. on the right side of my desktop screen and I have looked
in all the places I used for windows 98 but can't get it to MOVE back to the bottom!
 
Left click just off of the Start button and drag it back down to the botttom
of the screen. You won't see it move until it "jumps" into place.

Greetings --

Right-click a blank area of the Taskbar and ensure that there is
no check mark in front of "Lock the Taskbar." Then left-click
(holding the button down) a blank area of the Taskbar and "drag" it to
the desired location.

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
