Windows XP theme

Why do I only have 1 theme (Start-Control Panel-Display-Windows Classic
theme) My daughters computer with XP has 2 or 3 different themes and I
remember old ones like "Jungle etc". How do I get more themes and where do I
find them. I do not want to pay for "Themes Plus"
