Martha

I am trying to make the icons in the toolbar smaller. I
saw on another XP system where the user right clicked in
the taskbar area and they had a pop-up window that listed
tool bar. Then in the tool bar menu there was a small and
large icon listing. I do not have that feature. How do I
turn it on?

Thank you.

The only place you'll see this is if you right click in the Quick Launch
area and select View.

I do not have the view on that pop up menu.

Hello Martha,

When I right-click on a blank area in the Quick Launch area of my un-Locked Taskbar, the top item in the context-menu is "View".
When I click on that, I get a choice of "Large Icons" or "Small Icons".

What do you see on yours?

It might help if you visit MS-MVP Kelly's website at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Note the instructions at the top of the page,
then scroll down to line 164,
(Restore Taskbar to Default Functionality)

Right-click the hyperlink, then click | Save Target As |
to download the file, "xp_taskbar_desktop_fixall.vbs",
then double-click and follow the prompts.
