Windows XP Task bar

In the past when I have had programs running and they have been minimised,
they would appear in the task bar. For some reason this does not happen any
more and the only way to find out what is running is to use the task manager.

Go to the following website and scroll down to Line 240, left side "Programs
aren't minimized in the taskbar".

Click that line to download the .vbs file. Double click the the downloaded
file to run the fix for this problem.
