WIndows XP Stop Errors

I am a network tech at a school district and we have
installed XP in a new lab. This is our first XP lab. I
am having issues with machines starting up to the splash
screen and then rebooting. This becomes an endless loop.

I also have a machine with a stop error on the blue
screen of death ( 0x000000BE ) and I can't find the
meaning of this error on KBase. Can anyone steer me in
the right direction please?
