I have a dell lattitude cpx P3 Laptop with XP Professional installed. When I
turn this unit on, before xp loads it asks for "XP startup key disk-this
computer has been configured to require a disk to be present during startup.
Please insert the disk and press ok. If you do not have this disk contact
your administrator or select the restart button to restart the computer"
I do have the disk it asks for, it will load into Xp
as long as you have the floppy in the drive. My question is how do I
disable this ????

Contact your network administrator or IT department for assistance with
bypassing their security precautions.
