windows XP - startup error

I am using Windows XP Home edition.

I am getting an error at startup that reads as follows:

RUNDLL
Error Loading C:\Windows\System32\bridge.dll
The specific module could not be found.

Any ideas how I can locate this and reinstall it? It
doesn't seem to show up anywhere.
