I wonder if anyone has come across this minor glitch with
their PC?

I recently purchased a Dell Dimension desktop computer
with Windows XP Home Edition pre-installed.

I am happy with the computer so far, but have one small
gripe.

I switch on the computer and then sign on as
Administrator. When Windows XP starts a folder called
System32 opens for no apparent reason. I can close this
folder manually but it is a bit of a nuisance.

Is there any adjustment I can make to stop folder
System32 from opening every time I start the computer.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Regards

Paul
