Why do you think the Stop Error message has anything to do with adding
RAM a month earlier? Does the RAM specification match the requirement
specified for the motherboard. How did you check before you purchased
the RAM?

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process
IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver
(one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by
faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties,
Hardware,Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?
Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What
drivers are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.
Your present BSOD may be linked with the earlier one, except the problem
appears to have got worse!

0xC0000218: UNKNOWN_HARD_ERROR
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
A necessary Registry hive file couldn't be loaded. The file may be
corrupt or missing (requiring either an Emergency Repair Disk or a
Windows reinstallation). The Registry files may have been corrupted
because of hard disk corruption or some other hardware problem. A driver
may have corrupted the Registry data while loading into memory, or the
memory where the Registry is loading may have a parity error (turn off
the external cache and check the physical RAM).
