When Microsoft releases Windows XP Sp2 in the near
future, will Sp2 include the updates in Sp1 and the
Update Rollup 1? Thanks for your answer.

Windows Service packs are cumulative. Each SP contains

all the fixes from the prior service pack.
(Unless of course one of the fixes was broken and removed)
