Windows XP Sign-In page

How do set Outlook Express as the email to use where the XP Sign-in page indicates the number of email messages you have? I mainly use Outlook Express but also have AOL on my computer. AOL emails are now being reflected on my XP Sign-in page and I need to change that. Thanks!
