When I log out and turn off my computer, windows
shutsdown, however I have to manually hit the power switch
to turn off the PC. Before I used to go to turn off
computer and the computer would shut down automatically on
it's own. How can I change the current setting to make the
computer shutdown again automatically?
Please advise.

Hi Randy,

In Control Panel, double-click Power Options.
On the APM tab, click Enable Advanced Power Management Support.
